Fun St Patrick's Day

I stepped funny yesterday and threw out my knee.. still bugging me today.  So, I decided to skip going to the temple this morning (couldn't face all those stairs) and went to the Humanitarian Center instead.  Bill dropped me off and I happily limped my way back to the quilting room. I always have a great time tying quilts and visiting with all my good buddies there. This time it was quite a workout as they had a quilt on that was a killer to do- really heavy fabric on the bottom AND top.  I was not sorry to tie my last knot on that one!  But, it should be really warm and last forever.  (sure hope whoever gets it likes it cause they're going to have it for a LONG time!  LOL)
Did you all remember to wear your green?  I wore my shamrock earrings and felt very festive.  I've been wishing I weren't still on this diet-  Irish stew and soda bread sounds so good!  Hope you're having a wonderful day.. :)

  1. I hope your knee feels better tomorrow. Glad you got to spend some time with your friends at the humanitarian center. We barely acknowledged St. Patty's day here. Although, Chris did sport his Incredible Hulk shirt for the occasion. I want stew and soda bread too. YUM.
